Course Information

STA670, Advanced Topics in Bioinfoamatics, is the follow-up course to BIO540, Principles of Bioinformatics. This course will provide hands-on experience in methods of computer-assisted bioinformatics, with specific application to biological research. Building on the basic topics covered in BIO540, topics in this course will include:
