Here's the guide showing us a cocoa tree. Inside the pods are up to 40 beans inside this sweet white slime. Then she showed us the coach growing process from drying to polishing and grinding. I tasted freshly ground cocoa..It takes like coffee grounds :P They ship 95% of their cocoa to Hershey, PA (the rest they make into their cocoa sticks for cocoa tea.. not recommended.)
