  1. Mail 5 copies of the complete manuscript to the address below. Send an e-mail message to Robert F. Erbacher indicating that you have done so.
  2. E-mail a postscript or pdf file, as an attachment, to Robert F. Erbacher.
  3. Send an e-mail message to Robert F. Erbacher describing how the file can be downloaded from an http or ftp site. Papers will be reviewed anonymously. Please ensure that the author names appear only on the front title page. The Journal will be able to provide color reproductions.
