your senior colleagues as well. Staff is working to make the job easy...the

and (by popular request) you no longer need to complete data cards.

Member Nomination Form
The form downloaded from Sigma Xi and filled out should be presented to any
officer of the SUNY at Albany Chapter of Sigma Xi. It should be signed by active (dues paid)
members of Sigma Xi who are personally familiar with the nominee's qualifications, and can
make such evidence available to the Committee
on Admissions if required to demonstrate the nominee's eligibility.
