Please follow the steps below to download the Room Reservation Form, complete it and and send to Taipei Garden Hotel Guest Room Reservation Ms. Jamie Lin jamie.lin@cosmos-hotel.com.tw and cc avss2019tw@gmail.com by Aug. 30, 2019. You must complete your reservation through the organization before this deadline to enjoy the negotiated rates and benefits. Your own reservation with the hotel or transactions through other agencies may not include these benefits.

Staying at the conference hotel will allow you to network easily with other conference attendees. Also, your stay helps a great deal for the organization committee to negotiate a better rate and benefits for all attendances.

*The contract that we nogotiated with the Taipei Garden Hotel guarantees a specific number of rooms and staying nights for the duration of the conference. If the conference does not meet the contracted sleeping rooms/nights, the hotel gets paid anyway, that will generate extra cost of the conference and harm the AVSS 2019 budget. So please book your hotel stay at the official accommodation hotel through us to help both us and you.
