Prof. Mariya Zheleva Prof. Mariya Zheleva
Mariya Zheleva is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at University at Albany–SUNY. Her research interests include spectrum measurement and management, architectures and protocols for IoT&T networks, network measurement and evaluation, small autonomous cellular networks and in-situ network deployment, particularly in challengeing areas (e.g. rural Africa and agricultural U.S.).

Petko Bogdanov is an Assistant Professor at the computer science department of University at Albany–SUNY. His research interests include data mining and management with a focus on graph data and applications to bioinformatics, neuroscience, material informatics and sociology.
Prof. Mila Gascó Prof. Mila Gascó
Mila Gascó is a Research Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at Rockefeller College and Associate Research Director for the Center for Technology in Government at UAlbany. Her areas of research are mainly related to information and technology in government, including electronic and open government, e-governance, public sector innovation, smart cities, and public policy evaluation.

J. Ramon Gil-Garcia an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at Rockefeller College the Research Director for the Center for Technology in Government in UAlbany.His research is in the areas of collaborative electronic government, inter-organizational information integration, smart cities and smart governments, adoption and implementation of emergent technologies, information technologies and organizations, digital divide policies, and multi-method research approaches.

Theresa Pardo Theresa Pardo
Theresa A. Pardo, Ph.D., serves as CTG UAlbany's Director, and she is also a full research professor in Public Administration and Policy at Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy. Under her leadership, the CTG UAlbany works closely with multi-sector and multi-disciplinary teams from the United States, and around the world, to carry out applied research and problem-solving projects focused on the intersections of policy, management, and technology in the governmental context.

Qianli Yuan is a fourth-year Ph.D. student studying public administration at Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at the University at Albany. His research interests cover a wide range of topics in e-government, open government, co-production, and collaboration. Prior to joining studying in UAlbany, he acquired a bachelor degree in political science and a master degree in public administration at Fudan University in China.
