Conceptual Motivation

Two main issues faced by such multi-sensor cooperative environments :-

a) Delay - There are significant parameter passing and reaction delays in such multi-sensor setups.

b) Interaction - We must adopt an effective interaction strategy which can achieve global optimization.

Specifically, in surveillance mechanism we have one frame reaction delay in all tracking applications and several frame lag is encountered if some parameters are passed between sensors.
