Motive: My scholarly endeavors has consistently revolved around innovating scientific solutions to offer individuals a sense of security and privacy, addressing two crucial perspectives: i) safeguarding people's safety while preserving their privacy, and ii) shielding individuals' data from adversaries while ensuring its usefulness.
Specific focus: My current research interests are in the area of security and privacy with a focus on secure-domain cloud-based large-scale multimedia analytics (i.e., encrypted domain processing, cleaning, editing, searching and deduplication of multimedia data), media-rich disinformation detection, forensics, and mitigation, applied cryptography, and social media analysis.
